First things first... Why should you care?

Our emotional state dictates the quality of our life. The 30 Days of Positivity Challenge is a daily personal challenge designed to condition the mind and body to maintain a positive emotional state. Our mindset contributes to 80% of our success. So, this challenge forces you to reprogram your mindset for success. When we're in a good mood and have a positive mindset, the probability of us being more productive, having better relationships, and making more money goes up. On the other hand, when we're in a bad mood and have a negative mindset, the opposite tends to occur.

Imagine living in a mansion but you're always upset, stressed, anxious, or sad. On the other hand, imagine living in a townhouse but you're always peaceful and happy. Your quality of life has everything to do with how you feel about yourself and the world around you. Your focus becomes your future. So, focus on nurturing a positive emotional state. Our feelings give us clues about the state of our emotions and environment, and tell us if we're progressing in the right direction. Progress equals growth. This challenge helps you to grow positive feelings to attract positive people and things into your life.

Let's get started with today's challenge!

Let's Get To The Point

Plan by beginning with the end in mind. Your challenge today is to answer the following questions:

  1. What's your desired outcome for the goals you hope to accomplish?

  2. What impact are you hoping to have in your life or on someone else?

Donnie Thomas:

Hey, everybody. So today is Day 4 of my 30 Days of Positivity Challenge. And I know many of you are in your planning phase. A lot of us have received our refund checks, and we're trying to figure out what to do next. A lot of us are just sitting in the stillness of the moment, trying to figure out what to do next. And along that vein, I'd like to just say that in order to plan anything effectively, you have to begin with the end in mind. I'll say it again. In order to plan anything effectively, you need to begin with the end in mind. And while planning, don't let your ego get in the way of your evolution. Because a lot of us want our journey towards that goal to look and feel a certain way. We want everything to look like roses and beautiful, but the truth of life is that life is messy and life gets ugly.

Donnie Thomas:

Nobody sees those moments when you are crying and you're trying to get through what you need to get through in order to get that contract, or in order to get that deal that you need to close. Nobody sees all of the struggle and the pain that you needed to go through in order to make sure that your children were fed, and all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed, at home, so that you can go out there and hunt for that next job opportunity. Nobody sees those journeys. And it's the ugly truth that makes the end more beautiful for us. Everybody just sees the family, but they don't see the struggle that you had to go through in order to get your relationship in order to get that family to a place where it could actually be a reality. So again, don't let your ego get in the way of your evolution, and planning requires you to begin with the end in mind. Have a wonderful day.
